Dream big dreams because you can. You are never too young or too old to dream big. No one can limit you to dream big except you. Don't make excuses for dreaming big. Believe in yourself because there is something bigger and greater in you than any difficulty or struggle outside of you. Achieve your dreams by setting goals. Goals in writing are dreams with deadlines, says Brian Tracy. Writing down your goals makes them more real and more attainable; create a list of specific goals, be it on paper or on an app like Evernote. 

Remain firmly committed to your dreams. Remember that perseverance is key, no dreams happen overnight. You have to stay focused and constantly moving to make your dreams come true. There is no magic wand that will do that for you. According to Jim Rohn, when you know what you want and you want it bad enough, you will find a way to get it. Focus on your goals not circumstances.
